At Little Journey Co, we specialise in quality electric ride-on cars, motorbikes, and toys for kids. Each item is designed to bring hours of fun while helping little ones develop coordination and confidence.

📦 Where do you ship?

We currently ship free of charge Australia-wide only. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this stage.

⏰ How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location within Australia.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.

🛠️ Do the ride-ons come assembled?

Some ride-ons and electric vehicles require minor assembly (such as attaching wheels, mirrors, or steering components). Clear instructions are included in the box to make setup quick and easy.

🔄 What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if your item is unused, in its original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
